HOW TO WRITE A QUALITY EBOOK USING A PERSUASIVE ESSAY STRUCTURE

A good ebook is basically a persuasive essay.

You want to persuade your reader to do something:

A typical persuasive essay follows this structure:

  1. HOOK

    1. grab your readers attention by saying something relatable about their problem
  2. ISSUE

    1. explain the problem they’re facing thoroughly and show them a new way of looking at it
  3. IMPACT

    1. show them the impact of this problem on their life and why they should solve it
  4. SOLUTION

    1. give them details about the solutions based on your expertise in dealing with this problem

The following template will walk you through writing your ebook using this structure.

*When you’re done, delete the red callout boxes with instructions in them and make it your own.

Happy writing!
